If you will be duck hunting in Uruguay, it is absolutely essential that you are properly equipped.  Unless you plan to rent your shotguns from your Uruguay outfitters, plan to bring at least two—a primary and a spare, unless you plan to use a pump.  However, even a pump is not sure to fail, and one would be wise to bring spare parts.  For those who plan to bring autoloaders, it is essential to have a spare.  Rain, mud, and high humidity are sure to take its toll on your firearms, but the price is worth admission, because Uruguay duck hunting is some of the best in the world!
